What we collect
- Email address (magic-link authentication)
- Brief content: topic, assessment description, grading criteria, and related fields
- Project messages between you and Chloe
- Deliverable files uploaded to your project
- Draft brief answers stored in your browser (localStorage) until you submit
How we use it
Data is used to quote, produce, and deliver your commission, and to send transactional emails (quotes, outline ready, payment confirmations, preview, delivery). We do not sell your data.
Processors
- Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage (EU/US hosting per Supabase region)
- Resend — transactional email delivery
- Vercel — application hosting, and optional analytics / speed insights
- Stripe — card payments when online checkout is enabled
Retention
Project data is retained for the duration of the commission and a reasonable period thereafter for support and dispute resolution. You may request deletion by contacting us.
