1. Service
Essay Factory provides bespoke English writing commissioned against a brief you submit. Work is delivered through a staged process: quotation, intent deposit, outline approval, mid-payment, curated preview, and final delivery.
2. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your institution's academic integrity and assessment policies. By submitting a brief, you confirm that your use of the commissioned work complies with those rules. You must provide accurate brief information, including assessment criteria and deadlines.
3. Revisions
One compliance revision is included if the delivered work fails to meet the agreed brief and approved outline. Requests for scope changes after outline approval may incur an additional fee, quoted before work continues.
4. Refunds
If we miss an agreed deadline or fail to meet the brief as quoted, you may receive a full refund at our discretion. Partial refunds for completed stages are assessed case by case.
5. Confidentiality
We treat briefs and client identity as confidential. See our Privacy Policy for data handling.
6. Limitation of liability
Essay Factory is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of commissioned work. Our liability is limited to fees paid for the relevant commission.
